*If you have received an item(s) with any problems or defects, please contact me within 3 days of receiving date. Send an email to tinasmono0971@yahoo.com
If I am not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
Please include order number on all correspondence and include order number with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted, regardless if the item was received damaged or with defects.
If you receive an incorrect item on your order please contact me immediately. I will email a return label to ship the item back and once the tracking is updated I will ship the correct item out to you.
I am not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is tempted.
Incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, return to sender:
Should your package be returned for the reasons including but not limited to the ones listed above, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees for the reshipping of your item(s). Shipping invoice must be paid within 24 hours. If you do not pay for return shipping, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit, minus the shipping charges.
Once packages are shipped, Tina’s Monogramming Etc. Is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged during transit.
CANCELLATIONS:
Online orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email tinasmono0971@yahoo.com for assistance. A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from any cancelled orders. The $10 cancellation fee will be issued as a store credit.
Item(s) that have been packaged, shipped and in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
