***Current turn around time is TWO WEEKS plus shipping time***

All orders will be processed in the order received and shipped within two weeks of purchase date. If you need an order to arrive before the current processing time please CONTACT TINA’S MONOGRAMMING ETC. PRIOR TO ORDERING at tinasmono0971@yahoo.com to make arrangements needed. Please note, choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 days) does not decrease production time. That only refers to the estimated time it will take your order to get to you once shipped. 

To avoid delays in order processing, please include the following with your order if applicable:

- NAME or MONOGRAM (first, LAST, middle)

- Any other information discussed prior to order

***NO REFUNDS. If you need to cancel an order you will be issued STORE CREDIT. If there is a mistake on your order, please contact me with 3 days of receiving the order to make arrangements  to receive a replacement***
