Shipping policy

I currently only offer shipping to the United States. Free shipping on orders if you spend $75+ before tax is added. 

Shipments are made within 2 weeks once payment is received. Please double check your address. Tina’s Monogramming Etc. is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or items lost in the mail. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges should the shipment be returned to seller. USPS First Class Mail DOES NOT include insurance. Priority mail includes insurance up to $50. Tina’s Monogramming Etc. does not issue refunds for item(s) lost in the mail or item(s) received after the date you need them.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY:

Tina’s Monogramming Etc.  Ships to domestic addresses using USPS First Class Mail, unless shipping upgrade is paid by the buyer. 

I strive for customer satisfaction and aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so you are confident before purchasing. Many listings contain listing variations, which allow you to customize your order. Variations include size, style, color. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual colors in picture. Also note that each piece is personally handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement may occur. Out of stock or discontinued fabrics, ribbons, blanks, etc will be substituted without notice and similar items will be used to not delay production. Thank You!
